We charge a standard Rs. 200 delivery fee, which will be added to your total when you pay cash on delivery. Delivery times vary depending on where you are in Pakistan. We offer free delivery on orders over Rs. 5000.

Karachi-based customers can expect their orders to be delivered in 1-2 days, while other cities can expect orders to reach them within 3-5 working days.

All our products are 100% original and will be delivered to you in their original packaging. We can provide proof from receipts upon request.

Your order confirmation will be emailed to you at the email address that you provide when placing the order. It will also show up on the screen after you place your order, and we recommend that you screenshot this confirmation in case you need it.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team via email or Facebook Messenger. You will be asked to provide details of the order and pictures of the damaged product, and the team will help you from there.

To cancel your order, you must contact the customer support team via email or Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of ordering. This is because we aim to dispatch products as soon as possible, and if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, it wastes not only the time of our riders but your time as well.

Unfortunately, returns are not possible because of the nature of the products we are selling. Beauty products are not meant to be used by multiple people, and we do not want to risk giving our customers used products.

We have a strict no refund policy.

Exchanges are only possible if the product you receive is for some reason.

  1. Damaged, orb.
  2. Not the shade/size that you ordered.

If your item meets one of the above criteria, please contact our customer support team via email or Facebook Messenger to discuss the exchange of your product. This will only be possible if you show your receipt/order confirmation, and if the product is still in the original packaging and unused.
